铠撒伯格特制击弦机
击弦机决定了触感、寿命、音色表现、以及稳定性等 铠撒伯格钢琴使用的是特制击弦机，击弦机是整部钢琴的灵魂和最重要的配件，也是钢琴结构中最复杂，可靠性要求最高的机械部件，这也是和其耐用性、稳定性以及非凡的表现力成正比！

真空一体铸造钢板工艺
真空一体铸造钢板用传统工艺制成：将超过1000度的熔铁倒进沙模，所得到的铸铁含碳量很高，这对琴板的自然振动频率有好处。这只是对铠撒伯格钢琴那超凡的音质做出贡献的无数细节之一。高端型号的铠撒伯格钢琴的铸铁板用同样的过程制造。之后用一个能够调节钢琴音色的配音枕安装到铁板上。这一额外的部件产生了另一层泛音，增强了铠撒伯格钢琴的优异音质。
The vacuum integrated cast steel plate is made by traditional technology: pour molten iron over 1000 degrees into the sand mold, the cast iron obtained has a high carbon content, which is good for the natural vibration frequency of the piano board. This is just one of the countless details that contribute to the extraordinary sound quality of Kaisaboge pianos. The cast iron plates of the high-end Kaisaboge pianos are manufactured in the same process. Then install a dubbing pillow that can adjust the tone of the piano on the iron plate. This additional component creates another layer of overtones, enhancing the excellent sound quality of the Kaisaboge piano.
