每年的九月份芬兰·罗瓦涅米温度都已经零下5摄氏度以下，这个时节木材生长进入休眠期，铠撒伯格在这个时候开始储备钢琴生产所需的原木料。 九月份罗瓦涅米天气一天比一天冷如果运气不好还会遇到雨雪天气，要在暴风雪来领之前把木材运往铠撒伯格木材储备仓库。
板材切割完成以后拉进晾晒场进行长达五年的自然晾晒，铠撒伯格钢琴公司每年都会储备大量的木材，每一年都用五年甚至十年前储备的木材原料进行制作钢琴。木材储备场及木材仓库实现循环使用周转周期。 木材在晾晒场经过长达五年的风吹日晒雨淋以后，充分的释放了木材原有的水分及木纤维，打包运往铠撒伯格钢琴公司位于范塔地区的木材干湿处理厂进行深加工。 切割工序完成以后木材整批进入凯撒伯格钢琴公司恒温恒湿木材储备仓库备用。 木材在恒温室经过长达两年的静至后进入铠撒伯格钢琴制造选材有经验丰富的师傅进行挑选然后切割。 切割完成后木料进入木工生产车间。 工序虽然繁琐，但是铠撒伯格制造团队一直坚持用严谨的选材、细致的工序打动消费者。

真空一体铸造钢板工艺
真空一体铸造钢板用传统工艺制成：将超过1000度的熔铁倒进沙模，所得到的铸铁含碳量很高，这对琴板的自然振动频率有好处。这只是对铠撒伯格钢琴那超凡的音质做出贡献的无数细节之一。高端型号的铠撒伯格钢琴的铸铁板用同样的过程制造。之后用一个能够调节钢琴音色的配音枕安装到铁板上。这一额外的部件产生了另一层泛音，增强了铠撒伯格钢琴的优异音质。
The vacuum integrated cast steel plate is made by traditional technology: pour molten iron over 1000 degrees into the sand mold, the cast iron obtained has a high carbon content, which is good for the natural vibration frequency of the piano board.
